1. Scope
These terms apply only where a quotation, order or contract expressly refers to them. An individual written agreement takes precedence.
2. Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid until the date stated in it. An order is formed in the manner set out in the quotation or contract.
3. Prices, measurements and additional work
Pricing is based on known information, measurements and agreed scope. Changes and additional work will normally be agreed in writing before execution.
4. Payment terms
Amounts, due dates, deposits and payment schedule are set out in the quotation or contract.
5. Schedule, weather and force majeure
Dates may change because of weather, force majeure, lack of access or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Client obligations
The client provides agreed access, safe working conditions, agreed utilities and timely, accurate information.
7. Inspection, acceptance and defects
The parties inspect the work at completion. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Statutory rights and any guarantee
Any additional guarantee applies only if given in writing. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Eko sklad
InfinitX may help with documentation but does not decide eligibility or guarantee approval.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and applicable law.
11. Dispute resolution
The parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Statutory consumer rights are not restricted.
